Josh

With over 17 years of Land Rover experience and having achieved the highest level of Land Rover qualifications, Josh is our Vehicle Master Technician and co-owner. He is highly skilled across a wide range of vehicles and brings a wealth of technical knowledge and hands-on expertise to the team. Josh specialises in advanced diagnostics, as well as the fitting of styling kits and performance upgrades, ensuring every vehicle meets the highest standards of performance and presentation. Alongside his professional experience, Josh is a passionate automotive enthusiast with a genuine love for all things motoring—constantly exploring new technologies, builds, and modifications both on and off the job. His enthusiasm drives the quality and innovation that set our workshop apart.

CO-OWNER | Head of business / sales & MARKETING

Fin

With a strong background in mechanics and customer service, Fin brings extensive vehicle knowledge combined with experience in motorsport. Having worked with Bowler and previously with Jaguar Land Rover at the dealership level, he has taken on roles including customer liaison, event setup, logistics, and more, with a particular focus on customer satisfaction and building strong networks. Fin has been fortunate to travel to numerous events and countries, supporting customers throughout their rally journeys. He is also actively involved in track days and a variety of other motorsport activities. Beyond the automotive world, Fin is passionate about coaching young athletes and leading teams, helping to develop talent and foster teamwork. In addition to his industry experience, Fin is the owner of Pace Customs, where he continues to apply his passion and expertise in automotive customization.

Richard

Richard brings over 35 years of experience in business management, specializing in logistics, packing, and distribution. Throughout his career, he has developed a deep understanding of supply chain operations, ensuring efficient handling and delivery of goods. His expertise includes streamlining processes, managing teams, and implementing effective strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costs. In addition to his extensive professional background, Richard has been involved in motorsport racing for over 20 years and has contributed to the development of junior sports players at grass routes level. He is also the owner of Pace Customs, where he applies his leadership and operational skills to drive the company’s success.
